Hi Guys! I am back again! Today’s blog is about Mochi.
What do you think a mochi is? According to the Wikipedia, Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice, and sometimes other ingredients such as water, sugar, and cornstarch. The rice is pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape. This food is very sticky yet very delicious. I recommend for you guys to eat a mochi because of its lovely taste! My mochi craze started when my aunt gifted me this. Ever since then, I started to buy and taste it more often.

Aside from its deliciousness, it also provides different kinds of flavors for us to taste. Some flavors of Mochi are strawberry, red bean, green tea, plum wine, and kona coffee.
In Japan, mochi is traditionally eaten as part of the New Year’s celebration, Spring Time, Children’s Day and Girl’s Day.
That’s for today’s Blog everyone! I hope you all enjoyed reading!
Thank You!!!!!!!
